DSV to Move to the Carmel City Center

By: Daniel M. Drewry

DSV recently announced that we are relocating our headquarters to the Carmel City Center in January 2011 and further expanding by opening an office in downtown Indianapolis.  (http://www.insideindianabusiness.com/newsitem.asp?ID=43598)  Although any move offers some degree of trepidation and excitement, we are particularly pleased to return to downtown Indianapolis and to be a part of the innovative mixed-use development that is the City Center.  It is not often that a construction law firm is afforded the opportunity to be front and center for the actual creation of a downtown area.  The goal of the City Center is to create from scratch a walkable live-work-play urban setting for a city that began as suburban sprawl.  The project helped net the City of Carmel recognition as the 2010 Midwest Construction Owner of the Year.  For more information on the City Center Project, see: http://midwest.construction.com/features/2010/0501_2010OwneroftheYearCarmel-1.asp.
